Sie verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, eine Küche mit Wohnbereich, ein WC, einen Balkon sowie eine hölzerne Pergola im Außenbereich – ideal zum Entspannen und für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen, die Wert auf Komfort, Privatsphäre und viel Tageslicht legen. Genießen Sie die ruhige Umgebung, die praktische Raumaufteilung und alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und liegt nur drei Gehminuten von wichtigen Einrichtungen entfernt (Bushaltestelle, historische Altstadt von Trogir, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Apotheken, Arztpraxen usw.). Der Strand ist in vier Gehminuten (350–400 Meter) erreichbar.
Wir stellen einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus zur Verfügung, der durch natürliche Begrünung beschattet wird.
Die Wohnung steht für Kurzzeitvermietungen zur Verfügung; die maximale Aufenthaltsdauer beträgt drei Monate (längere Aufenthalte nach Absprache möglich).

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
