This apartment from "Oporto Cheers Gaia" Flats has 60 square meters, a spacious bedroom with 20 square meters, a Queen Size bed, bedside tables, a desk, a wardrobe, watching the street very clearly through two large windows in style Old, double glazing, followed by a living room with a sofa bed where you can rest and relax, in front of a cable TV, and also where you can sleep two lightweight people. To access to the apartment is via a staircase (1st floor) with 2.5 meters in height. Guests can access, with full autonomy, all parts of the apartment space. The Terrace/gardens are shared between 2 other apartments (that we also rent to tourists) in the same building.

Parking for cars on the street is paid, but it's free on perpendicular and side streets (at a distance of 80 meters).

We accept pets, but there is a 100€ monthly fee for it. If you don't book on a monthly basis, then the fee is 10€ per night.

Im Innenbereich befinden sich ein Tisch und Stühle sowie eine Küchenzeile mit allen Kochutensilien, einem Dunstabzug, Geschirrtüchern und Reinigungsmitteln sowie zwei nach Süden ausgerichteten Fenstern. Kostenloses WLAN ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Im Winter gibt es eine Heizung und im Sommer eine Ventilatorbelüftung.
Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt über eine Treppe (1. Etage) mit einer Höhe von 2,5 Metern. Gäste haben völlig eigenständig Zugang zu allen Bereichen der Wohnung. Die Terrasse/der Garten werden gemeinsam mit zwei weiteren Wohnungen (die wir ebenfalls an Touristen vermieten) im selben Gebäude genutzt.
Die Wohnung liegt im historischen Zentrum von Gaia und bietet Platz für zwei Personen.
Das Parken auf der Hauptstraße ist kostenpflichtig, in den Querstraßen und Seitenstraßen (in einer Entfernung von 80 Metern) jedoch kostenlos.
