Our brightly lit 3-bedroom provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. It's situated on a very quiet street in a friendly neighbourhood. It can sleep up to 6 people.
ROOMS
The 3-bedroom is a generous size and houses comfortable double bedrooms. All bedrooms will guarantee you a restful night of sleep with each room’s darkening curtains.
OPEN SPACE LIVING & DINING ROOM & KITCHEN
In the beautifully laid out living & dining area with a 45’ TV (Netflix), you will find a comfortable L shaped sofa. The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself.
The kitchen allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped with oil, coffee, tea, toaster, kettle, French press, coffee machine, big fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine and more.
BATHROOM
The house has one spacious bathroom. The bathroom benefits from a big shower head & bathtub.
BABY COT
We have a foldable cot with a small mattress (100*74*74cm 4 sides mesh, suitable from birth to 36 months). Please request and we get it ready for you. We don’t provide a baby proper mattress or any baby duvet/bedding. Please bring your own :)
PARKING
Parking is available for as little as £8 per day.

No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times.
Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.
Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.
Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.
We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.

Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und verfügt über bequeme Doppelschlafzimmer. Dank der Verdunkelungsvorhänge in jedem Zimmer ist in allen Schlafzimmern eine erholsame Nachtruhe garantiert.

Im schön gestalteten Wohn- und Essbereich mit 45-Zoll-Fernseher (Netflix) finden Sie ein bequemes L-förmiges Sofa. Das Wohnzimmer ist ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen.
In der Küche können Sie wie zu Hause Ihre Kochkünste unter Beweis stellen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Öl, Kaffee, Tee, Toaster, Wasserkocher, French Press, Kaffeemaschine, großem Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und mehr.

Keine Partys oder Veranstaltungen: Partys, Veranstaltungen oder Zusammenkünfte jeglicher Art sind auf dem Grundstück nicht erlaubt. Wir wohnen nebenan (wir haben schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht, daher sind wir sehr vorsichtig und möchten im Voraus wissen, dass Partys nicht zu diesem Haus passen) :)
Kein Rauchen in den Innenräumen: Das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist verboten.
Keine illegalen Aktivitäten: Illegale Aktivitäten auf dem Grundstück sind strengstens untersagt.
Ruhezeiten: Die Ruhezeiten gelten von 22 bis 8 Uhr. Bitte nehmen Sie in dieser Zeit Rücksicht auf andere Gäste und unsere Nachbarn.
Nur registrierte Gäste: Nur registrierte Gäste dürfen sich auf dem Grundstück aufhalten. Die Person, die gebucht hat, muss beim Check-in und während des gesamten Aufenthalts anwesend sein.
Schlüsselverwaltung: Bitte gehen Sie sorgfältig mit den ausgehändigten Schlüsseln um. Bei verlorenen Schlüsseln fällt eine Ersatzgebühr an.
