On Flatio since October 2026
An entire furnished apartment of about 1,700 sq ft (158 m²) in Central Lonsdale, North Vancouver. It sits on the second floor above street-level shops, with no units above.
Both bedrooms have king beds. The first has its own private sitting room and a 75-inch TV, and the second has a projector. The cinema room has a 110-inch projector screen with surround sound and a sofa bed for a fifth guest. The living room has a 65-inch TV, a sofa and a bar. Every screen has Plex, with thousands of movies and shows, and there is Netflix too. The main bathroom has a freestanding jetted spa tub and the second has a glass rain shower, with heated smart toilets and backlit mirrors.
The kitchen has an induction cooktop, dishwasher, workstation sink, Nespresso machine and filtered drinking water. You also get a washer and dryer in the suite, air conditioning in both bedrooms, the living room and the dining area, fast Wi-Fi, several work stations with long counter tops, and a covered balcony.
Two private parking spaces with an EV charger are included at no charge. We pick you up at Vancouver airport (YVR) when you land and drive you back when you leave, free, in a private car. Please book the ride at least 24 hours ahead. Check-in is self check-in with a keypad.
By car, Lonsdale Quay and the SeaBus are about 7 minutes away, Capilano Suspension Bridge about 10, Grouse Mountain about 12 and Cypress Mountain about 25. Mount Seymour is close by too, and Whistler is about 95 minutes up the Sea-to-Sky Highway.

Außerdem gibt es in der Suite eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern, im Wohnzimmer und im Essbereich, schnelles WLAN, mehrere Arbeitsplätze mit langen Arbeitsplatten und einen überdachten Balkon.
Zwei private Parkplätze mit Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge sind kostenlos inbegriffen. Wir holen Sie bei Ihrer Landung am Flughafen Vancouver (YVR) ab und bringen Sie bei Ihrer Abreise kostenlos in einem Privatwagen wieder hin. Bitte buchen Sie die Fahrt mindestens 24 Stunden im Voraus. Der Check-in erfolgt selbstständig mit einem Tastaturschloss.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
