Skyline Jacuzzi Residence is a spacious, fully furnished penthouse in Prague 5–Smíchov. The 154 m² apartment is on the sixth floor and accommodates up to 10 guests, with three bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.
Enjoy a private terrace with a jacuzzi and barbecue grill. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and cooking and dining utensils. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, TV, bedding and towels are provided. An elevator is available in the building.
The rent includes utilities and internet. Minimum stay: 15 days. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed. Families with children are welcome. Paid public parking is available nearby; parking charges are separate.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
