This one-bedroom apartment is on the third and top floor of a boutique building fully renovated in 2025 and entirely managed by Homeclub. Its balcony looks out over the trees of Praça da Armada, and the apartment gets plenty of natural light throughout the day.
The space
This exterior-facing apartment on the third and top floor has 35 sqm and capacity for three people.
Living and dining area
The living-dining area features functional furniture with clean lines and natural materials. It includes a round table with matching chairs, a light armchair with a metal frame, a sofa bed and an adjustable floor lamp. In front of the seating area there is a wall-mounted television. The open kitchen is fitted with white cabinetry and a warm-toned stone backsplash that adds texture to the space.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and small appliances (toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker), as well as a dishwasher. A vacuum cleaner is also provided.
Bedroom
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and two bedside tables.
Bathroom
The apartment has one fully equipped bathroom with shower.
Guest access
Please note: as this is a protected historic building, it does not have an elevator. Access to this top-floor apartment is via stairs only.

Von ihrem Balkon blickt man auf die Bäume der Praça da Armada, und die Wohnung erhält den ganzen Tag über viel natürliches Licht.

Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist mit funktionalen Möbeln in klaren Linien und aus natürlichen Materialien eingerichtet. Dazu gehören ein runder Tisch mit passenden Stühlen, ein heller Sessel mit Metallgestell, ein Schlafsofa und eine verstellbare Stehlampe. Vor dem Sitzbereich hängt ein Fernseher an der Wand. Die offene Küche ist mit weißen Schränken und einer Rückwand aus Stein in warmen Tönen ausgestattet, die dem Raum Struktur verleiht.
Küche
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Kochgeschirr und Küchenkleingeräten (Toaster, Wasserkocher, Entsafter, Kaffeemaschine) sowie einem Geschirrspüler. Ein Staubsauger steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Schlafzimmer
Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Nachttischen eingerichtet.
Badezimmer
Die Wohnung hat ein voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit Dusche.
