THE APARTMENT
The signature feature is the raised sleeping loft with a comfortable double bed, reached by a custom-built black staircase that doubles as storage, with drawers and cupboards hidden in every step. Below the loft you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob and fridge.
The living area has high ceilings, large windows, a sofa, and a table that works equally well for dining and for working from home. Wooden floors, a wall of floating bookshelves and a vintage bicycle hanging on the wall give the space its character.
The bathroom is finished in dark stone-effect tiles and features a walk-in rain shower and a concrete basin. A washing machine is also available.
The flat is on the ground floor and faces a quiet inner courtyard with a garden, so you will not hear any street noise.
All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly price.
LOCATION
Metro line A (Jiřího z Poděbrad and Flora) is a few minutes' walk away, and the city centre is less than 10 minutes by metro. Supermarkets, including Billa and Lidl, are close by, along with some of the best cafés, bistros and restaurants in the city. Riegrovy sady park with its famous view of Prague Castle is within walking distance.
Street parking is available with a residential parking permit.
