Apartment is 30m2 (2+2) and it is like independent small house in same yard like my other house is. It position provides us that every apartment has its own part of yard. It have one bedroom, kitchen, living room with free Netflix, bathroom with washing machine and big, big terrace (70m2) with table and lounge part. Surrounding have really a lot of green and flowers! Important thing for Digital nomads is internet speed of 50mb/s. For heating we have floor heating and air conditioning. Parking for your car is by apartment and is free.
We are pet friendly!
Beach is 10min by walk. Shop for groceries 2min. In Town Krk, 10min by car, you have all big shops you need… Lidl, Konzum, Kaufland, Muller…
If you want to work and enjoy in small piece full village near by the sea, with everything you need, then Blue Penguin is right choice for you!

Das Apartment hat 30 m2 (2+2) und ist wie ein unabhängiges kleines Haus im selben Hof, in dem auch mein anderes Haus steht. Durch seine Lage hat jedes Apartment seinen eigenen Teil des Hofes. Es hat ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit kostenlosem Netflix, ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und eine große, große Terrasse (70 m2) mit Tisch und Loungebereich. Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr grün und voller Blumen! Wichtig für Digital Nomads ist die Internetgeschwindigkeit von 50 Mb/s. Zum Heizen haben wir eine Fußbodenheizung und eine Klimaanlage. Der Parkplatz für Ihr Auto befindet sich direkt beim Apartment und ist kostenlos.

Der Strand ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist 2 Minuten entfernt. In der Stadt Krk, 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, finden Sie alle großen Geschäfte, die Sie brauchen… Lidl, Konzum, Kaufland, Müller…

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
