Welcome to my apartment in the heart of Athens, just 5 minutes' walk from the Acropolis! The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people: it has one bedroom with a double bed, plus a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Each window has shutters which close hermetically and make complete darkness to allow for comfortable sleep. You can also cook at my fully-equipped kitchen, do your laundry at the washing machine, watch Netflix on my smart TV, telework thanks to the high-speed WiFi, relax at the balcony, read any of my books available in English, Spanish and Greek...or train at the elliptical!
Koukaki is a lovely neighborhood just 5 minutes' walk from the Acropolis and 10 minutes from Syntagma square. There are lots of good restaurants, cafés, bars and museums within walking distance, while Piraeus port is just a 15-minute drive.

Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen: Sie hat ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie ein sehr bequemes Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Jedes Fenster hat Fensterläden, die hermetisch schließen und völlige Dunkelheit für einen erholsamen Schlaf schaffen. Sie können außerdem in meiner voll ausgestatteten Küche kochen, Ihre Wäsche in der Waschmaschine waschen, auf meinem Smart-TV Netflix schauen, dank des schnellen WLANs im Homeoffice arbeiten, sich auf dem Balkon entspannen, eines meiner Bücher auf Englisch, Spanisch oder Griechisch lesen...oder am Crosstrainer trainieren!
Koukaki ist ein schönes Viertel, nur 5 Gehminuten von der Akropolis und 10 Minuten vom Syntagma-Platz entfernt. In fußläufiger Entfernung gibt es viele gute Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Museen, während der Hafen von Piräus nur 15 Autominuten entfernt ist.
