At a 10-minute walk from the Tagus River, you can also enjoy different sports by the river, such as sailing, running, padel, among others. Or, simply take a relaxing walk along the Tagus.
It features a garage, night security, condominium laundry, elevator, and building entrance door code.
In the Loft, the floor is wooden, with a 6-meter high ceiling. The mezzanine has two areas, one corresponding to the master bedroom and the other to the closet/office area, which can also be used as a second bedroom.
The space is fully equipped and furnished, including internet/Wi-Fi and cable/fiber television.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
