L'appartamento e arredato e corredato , dotato di dispositivi di sicurezza (rilevazione del monossido di carbonio e del gas combustibile, di estintori portatili e di kit pronto soccorso). Composto di Camera di letto matrimoniale con Aria condizionata e balcone che sporge alla fasciata. Antibagno con lavatrice , Stanza di bagno (wc, bidet, doccia, lavabo a colonna), attrezzato di biancheria, fono e kit cortesia per la cura personale.
Grande soggiorno Open Space , con divano letto ( Piazza e mezza) , Aria Condizionata , Smart TV , sistema Wi-Fi (GRTATIS), tavolo di pranzo e Cucina a vista (accessoriata) che permette l'acceso a un balcone sporgente anche verso lo sterno con piccolo tavolino a scomparsa e due sedie.
Ballarò La domenica mattina si trasforma in una grande esposizione di oggetti usati, una sorta di mercatino dell'antiquariato.
Il centro storico e molto grande e finalmente da qualche anno, si può passeggiare in tranquillità perché ci sono delle zone pedonali come Corso Vittorio Emanuele e Via Maqueda, che vi porteranno alla scoperta de monumenti, ( Mercato di Ballarò, Cattedrale , Palazzo dei normanni e cappella palatina, Villa Bonanno, Porta Nova, Quattro Canti, Fontana pretoria, Teatro Massimo, Politeama ) Se decidete visitare altri luoghi della citta come il Palazzo della Zisa, Monreale o Mondello vi consiglio trasporto pubblico. Privatwohnung (49 m²) im zweiten Stock eines komplett renovierten Gebäudes mit Aufzug. Sie liegt in der Altstadt von Palermo (Ballarò), dem ältesten und bei Touristen beliebtesten Viertel.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und voll ausgestattet und verfügt über Sicherheitseinrichtungen (Melder für Kohlenmonoxid und brennbares Gas, tragbare Feuerlöscher und Erste-Hilfe-Set). Sie besteht aus einem Doppelschlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und einem Balkon zur Fassade hin. Vorraum mit Waschmaschine, Badezimmer (WC, Bidet, Dusche, Säulenwaschbecken), ausgestattet mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, Föhn und Pflegeset als Aufmerksamkeit für die Körperpflege.
Großes Wohnzimmer als Open Space mit Schlafsofa (1,5 Betten), Klimaanlage, Smart TV, WLAN (KOSTENLOS), Esstisch und einsehbarer Küche (voll ausgestattet), von der man auf einen Balkon gelangt, der sich auch zur Rückseite hin erstreckt, mit einem kleinen Klapptisch und zwei Stühlen.
In Ballarò verwandelt sich am Sonntagmorgen der Markt in eine große Ausstellung gebrauchter Gegenstände, eine Art Antiquitätenmarkt.
Die Altstadt ist sehr groß, und endlich kann man seit einigen Jahren in Ruhe spazieren gehen, da es Fußgängerzonen wie den Corso Vittorio Emanuele und die Via Maqueda gibt, die Sie zur Entdeckung der Sehenswürdigkeiten führen, (Mercato di Ballarò, Kathedrale, Normannenpalast und Palastkapelle, Villa Bonanno, Porta Nova, Quattro Canti, Fontana Pretoria, Teatro Massimo, Politeama). Wenn Sie andere Orte der Stadt wie den Palazzo della Zisa, Monreale oder Mondello besuchen möchten, empfehle ich die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Weitere Alternativen sind Taxi und Fahrrad.
