The premium equipped 1 + kk studio with an area of 40 sqm is located in the "Garden Towers" residence in the Žižkov district - Prague 3. The residence is provided with a 24-hour reception and you can speak Czech, English and Russian there. For relaxation, you can use the terraces that are part of the residence, with beautiful views of the surroundings. There is small supermarket downstairs in the residence. 50 meters from the reception there is a tram stop, 5 minutes shopping mall "Atrium Flóra" with a lot of shops, restaurants, pharmacy, cinema, nearby there is also a kindergarten and elementary school as well as park "Parukářka ".

Green line subway A "Flóra" or "Želivskeho" is within walking distance of 10 minutes. The tram stop "Olšanská" is right next to the residence and trams no.9 or no.26 will take you directly to the center of Prague in 8 minutes. This location has excellent accessibility to the Prague highway and the Prague and Prague ring roads.

The studio is equipped with a fully functional kitchen with American fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, grill, wine box and coffee maker. A dining table for up to 3 people can also serve as a work desk. The couch, flat widescreen TV and comfortable large bed is a must here. In the corridor there is a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, outside the toilet, washbasins and mirrors, and a washing machine/dryer is also in the bathroom.WIFI connection is included.

The studio is located on upper floor of a residential building with two lifts. Parking place is available in the underground garage upon agreement.
