If you’re looking for cool and comfortable, then this studio apartment to rent on Okólnik street is ideal. It’s also somewhat unique. Instead of a hallway at the front door, you’ll find the kitchen. To one side of the door is the microwave and fridge, and to the other side is the stove-top and sink. It isn’t large, but it’s cute and functional. The open-plan space is a bit larger than the average studio, which is a bonus. And there are wood floors, a large window and a hip, modern style to the decor. This area is furnished with a 2-seat dining table, two armchairs, a coffee table, TV, double bed and clothing rack. The bathroom looks very stylish and has a shower cabinet and heated towel rack. There isn’t a washing machine, but the landlord will provide one if needed.
Śródmieście Północne is your new neighbourhood and it’s right in the thick of things! In fact, you are right downtown and can walk to the city center in 15 minutes. This is where you’ll find a number of theatres, as well as a cinema and a few clubs. Closer to home are numerous museums. You can find art in The National Museum in Warsaw, which is a 12-minute walk away. The Frederic Chopin Museum is across the street from your new home, as is the Frederic Chopin University of Music. Another university, Nowy Świat, is 5 minutes away. Groceries can be easily found, and restaurants are plentiful here, too!

Außerdem gibt es Holzfußböden, ein großes Fenster und einen hippen, modernen Einrichtungsstil. Dieser Bereich ist mit einem 2-Sitzer-Esstisch, zwei Sesseln, einem Couchtisch, einem Fernseher, einem Doppelbett und einem Kleiderständer ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer sieht sehr stilvoll aus und verfügt über eine Duschkabine und einen beheizten Handtuchhalter. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es nicht, aber der Vermieter stellt bei Bedarf eine zur Verfügung.
Śródmieście Północne ist Ihr neues Viertel und Sie sind mitten im Geschehen! Sie befinden sich direkt im Stadtzentrum und können das Stadtzentrum in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Hier finden Sie mehrere Theater, ein Kino und einige Clubs. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Museen. Kunst finden Sie im Nationalmuseum in Warschau, das Sie in 12 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen können.
