Badezimmer: Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, eines komplett ausgestattet mit Dusche und das andere ohne Dusche.
Wohn- / Esszimmer: Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Flachbildfernseher und ein Schlafsofa (mit Schlafcouch für einen zusätzlichen Gast, z. B. ein Kind), und das Esszimmer verfügt über einen großen Esstisch mit Platz für 6 Personen.

Alfama ist eines der ältesten und historischen Viertel von Lissabon, eine sehr lebendige und kosmopolitische Gegend mit vielen Restaurants, Geschäften, Cafés, Bars und Supermärkten. Es ist sehr zentral: 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Santa Apolónia, wo sich die METRO-Station, der Bahnhof und viele andere öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden, und in Gehweite zum Baixa.

Fatima was very accessible and addressed any issues or questions immediately. She is very nice.
As far as the apartment, I believe it is personal. I was there for almost 4 weeks, joined for 10 days by a friend. It is fortunate that the unit has 3 bedrooms because, as far as we were concerned, the front bedroom was unusable for sleeping. It was a lovely room to hang out in during the day and I would sit on that bed to play on my computer or read a book, but would not have been able to sleep there.

Fortunately, there were two other bedrooms that are dark and quiet. The apartment is on the 1st floor above a restaurant on a street that is lined with restaurants and bars, which are open until 2 a.m. If you are not sensitive to noise and need only 2 bedrooms, I think you will do fine here. Alfama is crowded and noisy and very hilly, but that is anywhere in Alfama, which is a very interesting and historical neighborhood with lots and lots to do, also containing some of the best restaurants in Lisbon. So, if you like to be in the center of the action, within walking distance to the waterfront, and do not mind the fact that the front room would only work for a non-sensitive sleeper, and you are in decent enough shape to climb the streets, the location is excellent. The unit is large, comfortable, and has a semi-private patio out back, which was a nice addition.
