Newly renovated studio in the center of Karlín.
160 m from the Křižíkova stop, 2 metro stops to the center.
The apartment is fully equipped and soon there will be a television.
There are plenty of restaurants, including vegetarian and vegan restaurants nearby. Banks, pharmacies, all that is needed for a comfortable living.
I am very accommodating to the guests. Everything can be arranged :)

Milý nájemníku, nabízím ti moderní byt po rekonstrukci v centru velice atraktivní lokality Karlín. V bytě najdeš vše, co potřebuješ, abys ses cítil jako doma. Pokud máš pocit, že ti něco ke spokojenosti chybí, na všem se dá dohodnout. Ráda vyjdu vstříc, dokoupím, poradím, zařídím. Na oplátku také něco požaduji. Prosím chovej se ke všemu tak, aby to mohlo sloužit i po tvém odjezdu. Děkuji a těším se na tebe Míša

Worst Experience i have ever had. Many things were not present in the house when we entered. Like Washing machine, TV, and kitchenette. Few things were arranged by the owner and few not. Water was logging in the bathroom all the time. Every time when we used to batch we had to do some thing to get the water out.
