Located at the foot of the Penteli Mountains, Rea is an upscale suburb north of Athens. It is a peaceful residential area with villas, pine trees, and gardens. The apartment is 20 minutes from the Kifissia metro station, and 5 minutes from the Athens-Lamia-Thessaloniki national road. Kifissia has a wonderful selection of restaurants, cafés, clubs, and designer boutiques. There are supermarkets, stores, restaurants, cafes, banks and pharmacies within a 5-minute drive (at Drossia).
This independent apartment is located in a 3-storey building, sharing a large garden (1000m2) and a swimming pool with the other two apartments of the building.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
