Wohnung zu vermieten - Prag 3 - Zizkov

Luxuriously furnished apartment with disposition 2 + kk is located in "Garden Towers" residence in the district Žižkov - Prague 3. It offers equipment - fully equipped kitchen with American refrigerator, freezer, microwave, hob, coffee maker. A dining table for up to 4 people can also serve as a work desk. There are 3 flat-screen TVs in the dining room, living room and bedroom. For an absolute relaxation, the apartment has a cosy electric fireplace. The bedroom is furnished with a large comfortable bed and a sofa bed. In the corridor there is a spacious wardrobe. Bathroom is available outside the toilet, washbasins and mirrors also a bathtub with shower, in the bathroom there is also a washing machine. Of course there is WIFI connection in the whole apartment. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with two lifts, the possibility of parking is free in the underground garages of the same apartment building.
The residence is provided with a 24-hour reception and you can speak Czech, English and Russian. For relaxation, you can use the terraces that are part of the residence, with beautiful views of the surroundings. Close to the residence there is excellent civic amenities - 50 meters from the reception there is a tram stop, 5 minutes big business center "Flóra" with a lot of shops, restaurants, pharmacy, cinema, nearby is also a kindergarten and elementary school, and for leisure time you can use park "Parukářka ".
The Metro "Flóra" or "Želivskeho" is within walking distance of 10 minutes. The tram stop "Olšanská" is right next to the residence and trams no.9 or no.26 will take you directly to the center of Prague in 8 minutes. This location has excellent accessibility to Prague's main thoroughfare and Prague's ring road.

Paní Michaela k nám byla velice vstřícná, ochotná, ve všech jednáních při převzetí bytu i při předání. Převzali jsme krásný, čistý, před Vánoci svěže vymalovaný, moderně zařízený byt s designovým krbem včetně komfortního parkování.
Strávili jsme zde příjemné chvíle, klid a pohodu vánočních svátků a nového roku. Děkujeme.

Neighborhood
Byt se nachází v moderním komplexu 5 budov s prostorným nádvořím. Přímo tam je obchod s potravinami, hned naproti pošta, poliklinika a hlavně linky tramvají, které vás dovezou přímo k metru. My využívali možnost parkování přímo v rezidenci Garden. Za zmíňku stojí nedaleká Žižkovská věž s vyhlídkou na celou Prahu, s restaurací a kavárnou. V okolí je jich spousta dalších a i různých obchodů. Vše pod jednou střechou najdete i v nedalekém obchodním centru Flóra s multikinem.

The flat is fully equipped and the location is great. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is great. the building is new and it has a supermarket and restaurants at the ground floor.
