This nice apartment is located in Karlovo Namesti.
The flat is very modern decorated and fully equipped.
In the 1st floor:
living room with a huge sofabed and TV, with also a dining table for 6 people to socialize. The kitchen is at the corner behind with all equipment. There is one bathroom with a tub near the entrance and there is a washing machine.
In the 2nd floor:
Master bedroom with wardrobe, second bedroom separated by the modern tent to have privacy, one bathroom with shower and an open space with another wardrobe.
Once you are outside there is everything to move around by public transport and you have the park. The river is 5 minutes on foot.
By Karlovo Namesti down on the street {one of the most beautiful and green squares of the country}, you will find tram stops, a subway, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a small shopping center, and a lot of places for eating.

All the things needed to stay (towels, sheets, etc.) will be provide so the guest do not need to have anything. We can also provide on request specific things (eg. baby cot, another bed, etc).

Im 1. Stock:
wohnzimmer mit einem großen Schlafsofa und TV, mit auch einem Esstisch für 6 Personen zu sozialisieren. Die Küche ist an der Ecke hinten mit allen Geräten. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne in der Nähe des Eingangs und es gibt eine Waschmaschine.
Im 2. Stock:
Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank, zweites Schlafzimmer, das durch ein modernes Zelt abgetrennt ist, um Privatsphäre zu haben, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein offener Raum mit einem weiteren Kleiderschrank.
Sobald Sie draußen sind, gibt es alles, um sich mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu bewegen und Sie haben den Park. Der Fluss ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
In der Straße Karlovo Namesti {einer der schönsten und grünsten Plätze des Landes}, finden Sie Straßenbahnhaltestellen, eine U-Bahn, einen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, ein kleines Einkaufszentrum und eine Menge Restaurants.

I stayed for one month at this apartment. It was absolutely perfect. The apartment was huge and had everything we needed (an elevator, washer, fridge, comfortable bed, good shower, etc). The location could not be more perfect - located directly across from the tram stop and next to the B line Metro. Getting around the city was so easy from here. The host was always timely in his responses and check in and check out were fast and easy. We would absolutely stay here again.

This apartment is very central and has everything you need. It is located right across from a beautiful park and close to all forms of transit.
