My stay at the Studio was almost perfect, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. However, my experience took an unfortunate turn after moving out. I have been charged 5,000 CZK for the repair of a faulty lock, an issue that existed from the day I moved in. Over the course of my stay, I sent three separate videos documenting the malfunctioning lock, making it clear that this was a pre-existing issue.
Despite this, I am now being held financially responsible for the repair, which I find both unexpected and unfair. I have formally disputed the charge, as I do not believe tenants should bear the cost of maintenance issues that were reported multiple times during their stay. While I hope the owner replaces the lock to prevent future tenants from facing the same inconvenience, this situation has unfortunately left a disappointing final impression. It is disheartening that an unresolved maintenance issue has resulted in an unfair financial burden, overshadowing what was otherwise a fantastic 1.5-month stay.

The apartment is ideally located between Žižkov and Vinohrady, two of Prague’s most beautiful and vibrant neighborhoods. With the stunning Riegrovy Sady just one street away, the area offers a perfect blend of greenery and city life. Everything is conveniently accessible, making it easy to explore the best that Prague has to offer.

The flat was really beautiful - exactly as in the pictures, 100% clean, all necessary equipment provided, excellent central location close to metro, appreciate non-problematic , fast communication with the owner, who is very helpful and highly recommend the flat. Thank you. :)

The apartment was great, nothing to say negative except that we only have a mop to do the cleaning (a balet and shovel would not be bad)!

Super quiet, very comfortable, new apartment in the best location in Prague. Square with church at Jiriho z Podebrad (there is a Farmers' market few times per week) and Zizkov TV Tower are nearby. Metro and tram in a walking distance. Highly recommended.
