On Flatio since October 2018

Small apartment building with flat suitable for couple or individual person. Flat is one big open space with big kitchen countertop, living room area and bedroom at the back of the room. Bedroom contains one double bed and 2m wide wardrobe. Kitchen appliances includes oven, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and fridge with freezer. The trash bin is suitable for waste separation. Kitchen is also fully equipped with cooking and baking appliances as well as everything needed for dining. Dining table includes two chair.

Living room area includes sofa-bed, two small tables, big TV (not smart) and DVD set. In the corner is situated big bookcase with literature in Czech and English. In the hall is a big closet and shoe cabinet and hooks for coats. Bathroom has a tub, toilet, sink and brand new washing machine, big cabinet under the sink and mirror cabinet. Part of the flat is also a hoover (big and small) and mop.

There are 3 big windows looking west so even during winter time there is plenty of light during the day. Part of the windows are electric roller blinds. There is thermostat to control the heating, and under the windows there are floor grates for heating. There is no living area beneath my flat, however, there is a shop with sports goods so there is no cold from below. The building is 2 years old so it is easy to heat. There is no noise from the neighbouring flats, however if windows are open, there can be noise from cars. There is a nearby train station and metro station (seen from the window), however, there is barely any noise from the trains. They do not use siren, it's a single track and majority of trains are modern and rather quite.

Part of the flat is wifi and the building has elevator.

Byt je malý, ale útulný a velmi světlý. Nachází se v novostavbě, takže je vše nové a čisté. Komunikace s paní Janou byla naprosto bez problému.
