Apartment with private garden just 12 min. away from city center by direct metro. FREE NETFLIX and INTERNET available. Quiet and safe neighborhood, away from crowded and noisy city center. Local restaurant/bar 2 minutes walking. Metro station 4 minutes by foot.

The apartment is fully equipped (TV, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels, vacuum cleaner, mop, clothes dryer, hair dryer, iron).

The rental price includes all services and energy (gas, electricity, water, waste, Internet).

SPACE

The apartment consists of open space, where you can find living area and kitchen plus separated bedroom and bathroom. In the open space you´ll find well equipped kitchen area with spacious dining table right next to it. Next to the kitchen there is living room area with comfy sofa and nice TV set (with FREE NETFLIX). Private bedroom is spacious and bright, it has comfy double bed. Bathroom part is modern and new, you´ll find here shower corner, toilet as well as washing machine. Entrance hall has big storage space.

INTERNET is for free with 20Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. You will have NETFLIX with international channels. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you.

NEIGHBORHOOD

Our apartmet is situated just 12 minutes away from city center by direct metro line. Neighborhood is safe, quiet and clean.
There are several local restaurants near the flat. The closest restaurant/bar is just 2 minutes by foot. Grocery store is 4 minutes walking, bigger supermarket is 7 minutes walking.
The apartment comes with beautiful private garden where you can nicely relax and enjoy your leisure time.

HOW TO GET AROUND

The nearest metro stop Ladvi is only 4 minutes by foot from apartment. You will be in city in 12 minutes by direct metro line. Next to the apartment you´ll have city bus stop.
If you arrive by train, you can use metro line C directly to stop Ladvi, it takes about 10 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can use metro line C as well to Ladvi, it takes around 8 minutes. From the airport, it takes about 55 minutes by public transport and 25 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague.
