Die ruhige, wunderschöne 63m2 große Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Das Apartment liegt im 2. Stock und alle Zimmer sind in den ruhigen, hellen Innenhof ausgerichtet.
Das Apartment ist ideal für bis zu 4 Personen geeignet. 3 Zimmer:1 Wohnküche und 2 zentral begehbare Schlafzimmer!
Die große schöne Wohnküche, ist mit einem bequemen Schlafsofa, Esstisch, Küchenbar und Barhocker ausgestattet. Von einem Künstler wurde der Deckenstuck und die besonderen Wandregale gestaltet, die dieser exklusiv renovierten Wiener Altbau Wohnung ein besonderes Flair geben. Durch die vielen Decken und Seitenspots können Sie die Beleuchtung individuell steuern.
Die neue Küche ist mit allen modernen Geräten ausgestattet: Backofen, Elektroherd mit 4 Platten, Küchlschrank und Gefriertruhe. Auch eine Kaffeefiltermaschine, Espresso-Tab Maschine, Toaster und Mikrowelle, sowie Geschirr und Kochutensilien sind vorhanden Sie können wählen ob Sie ein schnelles Frühstück auf den Barhockern am Bartresen einnehmen oder lieber beim Esstisch sitzen.
Durch das Wohnesszimmer gelangen Sie in die beiden Schlafzimmer, beide verfügen über einen großen Kleiderschrank und Doppelbetten (180/200cm bzw 140/200cm).
Auch diese Zimmer sind total ruhig, da sie in den Innenhof ausgerichtet sind.
In der Wohnung wird Ihnen alles, was Sie für den Haushalt benötigen zur Verfügung gestellt!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. In nur 2 Minuten sind sie bei der U-Bahn, die Sie in 10 Minuten ins historische Zentrum (Stephansplatz) in 3 Minuten zum Westbahnhof oder 5 Minuten zur Mariahilferstraße,- Wiens beliebtester Einkaufsstraße bringt. Aber auch die Universitäten und andere wichtige Spots sind durch die perfekte Lage an der U-Bahn sehr schnell zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung selbst, befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, trotzdem sind Supermärkte, Kaffeehäuser und sehr nette Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung,. In der gleichen Gasse das "Blue Tomato", ums Eck das "M77" und ein paar Meter weiter das beliebte Frühstückslokal "Augustin". Auch der beliebte Wiener Meiselmarkt, wo Sie frisches Obst, Gemüse, Fleisch und Delikatessen einkaufen können, ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Die Lage meiner Wohnungen sehr zentral und gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden.

I just spent the most amazing 6 weeks at Arthur’s flat in Vienna! Flat is exactly as pictured; close to train station; great WiFi; with easy access to anything you want to do in Vienna or surrounding areas.

Landlord was super responsive; even when I asked if he had a 2nd monitor for my work, he quickly obliged!

I did everything I could to move my flight as I didn’t want to leave! I hate to post this because I want to keep this place my little secret, but if you are heading to Vienna you can’t go wrong renting this flat.

Neighborhood
Train station is less than 5 min walk (1.5 blocks). 3-4 grocery stores within 5min walk (right near train) . 2 stops from Westbahnhof where many trains go outside the city for day trips. 4-5 stops to city center. You can’t get easier access to everything Vienna has to offer.
