It is in a green hilly residental area, in a small apartment house with only 6 flats. The house is rounded with a green yard. Our apartment with 2 bedrooms ( one with doublebed, second with sofabed, baby bad is for request) and a nice living room - dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a wardrobe, a comfortable bathroom (with bathtub) and toilet, and with a separate toilet. Itis a very good choice for a couple or a family.
We have baby travelling bed and chair as well.

The house is in a quiet residental area, party and other noisy events are forbidden.

Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, das MOM PARK Einkaufszentrum ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ein paar kleine Geschäfte befinden sich in 200 m Entfernung.
Unsere Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (eines mit Doppelbett, das zweite mit Schlafsofa, Babybett auf Anfrage) und ein schönes Wohn-Esszimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Garderobe, ein komfortables Bad (mit Badewanne) und WC, und mit einer separaten Toilette. Es ist eine sehr gute Wahl für ein Paar oder eine Familie.
Wir haben auch ein Kinderreisebett und einen Kinderstuhl.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, Partys und andere laute Veranstaltungen sind nicht erlaubt.

I spent 60 days in this wonderful apartment with my wife. We found the location great, close to downtown (just 5-6 stops with the #8 bus) very good public transportation, and a shopping mall nearby, also good restaurants our landlady mentioned to us. The apartment is spacious, with a good size bathroom and kitchen, also a beautiful terrace with great views of the nearby hill, with birds and great fresh air. The layout of the apartment is very good, the main rooms can be separated and different conversations can be had simultaneously. We had a really good time here and highly recommend it !
Communication with the owner was excellent, she was always available when needed, and made our stay so much easier.
