Apartment 1 + kk is a part of new residence Eliška which is located in heart of Vysočany. Vysočany is the fastest developing district of the city. This apartment is not located directly in the center of Prague however you really won´t mind it because it takes only 10 minutes by subway to get to the center. Stations Vysočanská und Českomoravská (line B of subway) are very close, only a few minutes walk.
There are also stations of trams 8, 14, 16, 25, 52, 54 or bus stations no. 136, 151, 152, 177, 182, 183, 195 and 375. To get to Prague ring road is any problem and there is a direct connection to any motorway.
Behind the entrance door of the flat you will see a hall with a bright wardrobe. On your left hand side is roomy bathroom with a shower situated. The bathroom is in white and orange colors what makes friendly and cheerful atmosphere. The main room is used like bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. Thanks to a big window is the room bright and the room makes a fresh impression. Near the window stays on the floating floor a large double room. Oposte this double room is a sofa bed available. Here you can read newspaper or here can your quests sleep.
Kitchen unit is in the color of light wood. You will really often use electric cooker and electric kettle. And what will spare a lot of your time? Dishwasher which is here also available. Your breakfast, dinner and supper you can eat at dining room and from here you can also comfortably watch TV.
Right in residential skyscraper from 2014 you will find a café, where you can have breakfast, a fitness center and also cosmetics and massages. If you like sports, you will enjoy new bicycle path which is leading directly close the house. In short time you can get to O2 Arena to watch a hockey match or one of concerts. In the vicinity of the apartment you will also find shopping centers Galeria Harfa and Fenix, on a quiet walk, you can go to the park, which will lead you to the river Rokýtka.

Das Bad ist in weißen und orangen Farben gehalten, was eine freundliche und fröhliche Atmosphäre schafft. Der Hauptraum wird als Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche genutzt. Dank eines großen Fensters ist der Raum hell und der Raum macht einen frischen Eindruck. In der Nähe des Fensters befindet sich auf der schwimmenden Etage ein großes Zweibettzimmer. Oposte dieses Doppelzimmer ist ein Schlafsofa zur Verfügung. Hier können Sie Zeitung lesen oder hier können Ihre Gäste schlafen.
Die Küchenzeile ist in der Farbe von hellem Holz. Sie werden wirklich oft Elektroherd und Wasserkocher benutzen. Und was wird Ihnen viel Zeit ersparen? Geschirrspüler, der hier auch vorhanden ist. Ihr Frühstück, Abendessen und Abendbrot können Sie im Esszimmer einnehmen und von hier aus können Sie auch bequem fernsehen.
Direkt im Wohnhochhaus aus dem Jahr 2014 finden Sie ein Café, in dem Sie frühstücken können, ein Fitnesscenter und auch Kosmetik und Massagen. Wer gerne Sport treibt, wird sich über den neuen Radweg freuen, der direkt am Haus vorbeiführt. In kurzer Zeit können Sie die O2 Arena erreichen, um ein Eishockeyspiel oder eines der Konzerte zu besuchen. In der Nähe der Wohnung finden Sie auch die Einkaufszentren Galeria Harfa und Fenix, auf einem ruhigen Spaziergang können Sie zum Park gehen, der Sie zum Fluss Rokýtka führt.

V bytě bylo nevyhovující vybavení,v původnim zanedbaném stavu. Také špinavo. Gauč byl flekatý a nevyčištěný,prasklá postranice u ostele, kuchyňská linka s lemem špíny kolem umyvadla a s rozbitým šuplíkem,bez mikrovlnky, kývací zmožený konf.stoleček,
Prach na zásuvkách a vypinačích,nesvitolo velké světlo v koupelně a nešlo topení. Byla jen prikrývka pro dva,ale spala jsem na gauči, postel je malá. Tedy chyběla další přikrývka. Paní přinesla baterie do ovládáni topení a žárovku,ale to není moje práce davat do lampy žarovku.
Zrušen pobyt a nikomu tohle nedoporučím.
