In the apartment you´ll find spacious open space with living room where there´s 2 portable sofas and TV set with FREE NETFLIX. There´s also well equipped and super modern kitchen with all amenities you might need. Next to the kitchen is also dining area. Private bedroom offers one double bed and one single bed. Bathroom is also super modern with bath tub. Part of the building is also beautiful courtyard where you can enjoy some well deserved relax and rest.
AREA
The nearest metro stop Krizikova is located 800 metres away. Tram stop Krizikova is even closer, 600 metres. Metro will take you to the city center in few minutes (3 stops and you are in very central area). If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take metro line B to Krizikova stop (1 minute) or tram also to Krizikova (2 minutes). If you arrive by train, you take metro line C, change at Florenc to line B and get off at Krizikova. It takes around 10 minutes. From the airport, it takes around 50 minutes by public transport and 30 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague.
HOW TO GET AROUND
You will stay in quiet area, yet still close to main monuments and very close to the subway. City center is easily reachable by direct public transport (3 stop by subway). Main bus station is 1 km away, main train station 2,5 km. The surroundings are very nice – from one side there is river Vltava, from another side green park. Supermarket Albert is in walking distance (5 minutes by foot). Place is surrounded by many local restaurants, bars and cafés.

Die nächstgelegene U-Bahn-Haltestelle Krizikova befindet sich 800 Meter entfernt. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Krizikova ist sogar noch näher, 600 Meter. Die Metro bringt Sie in wenigen Minuten ins Stadtzentrum (3 Haltestellen und Sie befinden sich in einem sehr zentralen Bereich). Wenn Sie mit dem Bus am Bahnhof Florenc ankommen, können Sie die Metrolinie B bis zur Haltestelle Krizikova (1 Minute) oder die Straßenbahn bis zur Haltestelle Krizikova (2 Minuten) nehmen. Wenn Sie mit dem Zug anreisen, nehmen Sie die U-Bahn-Linie C, steigen in Florenc in die Linie B um und fahren bis zur Haltestelle Krizikova. Die Fahrt dauert etwa 10 Minuten. Vom Flughafen aus benötigen Sie mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln etwa 50 Minuten und mit dem Taxi oder Uber 30 Minuten. Uber funktioniert in Prag gut.

Die Umgebung ist sehr schön - auf der einen Seite der Fluss Vltava, auf der anderen Seite ein grüner Park. Der Supermarkt Albert ist zu Fuß erreichbar (5 Minuten). Der Ort ist umgeben von vielen Restaurants, Bars und Cafés.

Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
