Central but quiet location and fully equipped with everything to make you feel comfortable. There is a separate washing machine is inside the studio. The building has an elevator for comfort and located in a no-party area of District 7. The price includes all utilities/costs (heating gas, power, water, internet). The only thing missing is a desk but there are plenty of cafés and co-working spaces. I can also provide a bar stool to use the kitchen bench for any occasional laptop use.

In addition to a quality inner spring mattress, the couch can fold out and accommodate any guests you might have visiting during your stay. The flat is on the 4th floor facing the courtyard with a large south facing kitchen window, however, overall the natural light is somewhat limited.

Neben einer hochwertigen Federkernmatratze lässt sich das Sofa ausklappen und bietet Platz für Gäste, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts vielleicht zu Besuch haben. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock mit Blick auf den Innenhof und verfügt über ein großes, nach Süden ausgerichtetes Küchenfenster; insgesamt ist das Tageslicht jedoch etwas eingeschränkt.

I had a wonderful stay at this studio. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was great, and the atmosphere felt really peaceful. Christian is a great host – it’s difficult to meet such a communicative and helpful owner. The apartment is stylish, comfortable, and has everything you might need. The location is perfect, with shops, public transport, and restaurants within walking distance. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and was great for work too. The building has an elevator, so you won’t have to say a little prayer if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage, like I was. I hope I’ll have the chance to stay at Christian’s place again.
