This apartment is unique with it's location due to easy access anywhere around the center of Prague. It is close to 2 of the 3 Prague underground lines (metro B - Náměstí Republiky station and metro C - Hlavní nádraží) and tram stops that will get you anywhere around Prague. In a walking distance you can find Wenceslas square (650m), Palladium (500m) or Slovanský dům (450m). All around there are also a number of high quality restaurants, shops and services.
The apartment is a part of a larger (145m2) housing unit with 2 other apartments, however, it is completely self-contained with its own kitchen and bathroom.
Apartment itself has all the basic equipment needed - a king-sized bed (180x200), washing machine, new kitchen with silverware/cutlery (also a frying pan/pots + a minioven and a toaster), dining table with 2 chairs and an open wardrobe.
The flat was fully renovated in 2021.
!! WARNING !! - the apartment is on the first floor of a historic building, and unfortunately there is an intrusive noise coming from the street due to tram traffic mainly, which is unavoidable as the windows cannot be replaced, so it is necessary to take this into account in advance. Also, the bed located nearer to the entrance door, and there is infrequent noise coming from the common hall of the housing unit (see last picture of housing unit project - this apartment is "Apartment n.1")

Die Wohnung selbst verfügt über alle notwendigen Grundausstattung - ein Kingsize-Bett (180x200), Waschmaschine, neue Küche mit Besteck (auch eine Bratpfanne / Töpfe + ein Mini-Backofen und ein Toaster), Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen und einem offenen Kleiderschrank.
Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2021 komplett renoviert.
!! WARNUNG !!! - die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines historischen Gebäudes, und leider gibt es einen aufdringlichen Lärm von der Straße durch den Straßenbahnverkehr vor allem, die unvermeidlich ist, da die Fenster nicht ersetzt werden können, so ist es notwendig, dies im Voraus zu berücksichtigen. Außerdem befindet sich das Bett näher an der Eingangstür, und es gibt gelegentlich Lärm, der aus dem Gemeinschaftsraum der Wohneinheit kommt (siehe letztes Bild des Wohneinheitsprojekts - diese Wohnung ist "Wohnung Nr. 1")

Hello, my name is Narek (or just Mark/Marek) and I work as a Data Engineer for a pharmaceutical company. I have started renting out apartments in 2022, although my family has been in the business for longer, so I guess I always floated in it. I am very flexible with my time, so will always help out in case of need and I try to respond to messages ASAP, unless I am drowned in work. Even if I personally love all animals, having one in my apartments would have to be agreed beforehand, as not all are suitable for apartments in "wooden" style.
We absolutely loved our 5 week stay at Narek's apartment! The apartment is beautiful - lots of light (and lots of natural light as well!) and super high ceilings. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. You can't beat the location - so close to a bunch of tourist attractions, as well as transit stops, and main train station.
Narek was lovely to deal with - always very responsive. Early on in our trip the WiFi went out (we work from home while we travel). Obviously this was not his fault, but Narek left his work, dealt with the internet company, and had it fixed within a few hours. We were absolutely blown away by his attentive service.
My only regret about booking this place is that we didn't stay longer.

We absolutely loved our 5 week stay at Narek's apartment! The apartment is beautiful - lots of light (and lots of natural light as well!) and super high ceilings. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. You can't beat the location - so close to a bunch of tourist attractions, as well as transit stops, and main train station.
Narek was lovely to deal with - always very responsive. Early on in our trip the WiFi went out (we work from home while we travel). Obviously this was not his fault, but Narek left his work, dealt with the internet company, and had it fixed within a few hours. We were absolutely blown away by his attentive service.
My only regret about booking this place is that we didn't stay longer.
