Diese gemütliche Wohnung im Loft-Stil befindet sich in einem historischen Gebäude im Herzen der Innenstadt, nur wenige Schritte von der Andrássy Avenue entfernt. Genießen Sie den einfachen Zugang im Erdgeschoss, ruhige Galerie-Schlafzimmer mit kuscheligen Betten und einen voll ausgestatteten Raum, der "Zuhause" flüstert. Und das alles nur wenige Gehminuten von Budapests Juwelen wie dem Heldenplatz, der Oper, dem Thermalbad Széchenyi, dem Király Shopping, dem Zoo und dem Stadtpark entfernt. Ihr ruhiger, komfortabler städtischer Rückzugsort erwartet Sie!

My Home ist zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen: neben (50m) der berühmten Andrássy Avenue, die Teil des Weltkulturerbes mit wirklich gutem Verkehr ist, ist es 150 Meter von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt. Es hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Nachbarschaft ist sicher und es befindet sich in einem eleganten Teil der Stadt. Obwohl sich das Gebäude im Zentrum befindet, ist es dennoch ruhig und friedlich. Die eleganten und erstaunlich aussehenden alten Mietshäuser aus der Jahrhundertwende rundherum prägen die Straßen und Plätze.
Im ersten Stock (keine Treppe) in dem schönen Gebäude aus der Jahrhundertwende. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf einer Galerie mit bequemen Betten. Loft-Stil, voll ausgestattet, gemütliche, ruhige Wohnung: Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Dusche und Toilette. In der Galerie gibt es auch ein Waschbecken mit Toilette.
Der Heldenplatz, die Oper, das jüdische Viertel, das Haus des Terrors, das berühmte Szechenyi-Bad, das Király-Einkaufszentrum, der Zoo und der Stadtpark liegen in der Nähe. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Budapest, in der Nähe der Andrássy Straße, und Sie können die Erinnerungen an die jahrhundertealte Kultur überall spüren. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Heros-Platzes - 15 Minuten zu Fuß durch die Andrássy-Allee; zum Széchenyi-Bad - 11 Minuten mit der U-Bahn; zum Opernhaus - 13 Minuten zu Fuß durch die Andrássy-Allee; zum Liszt-Ferenc-Platz mit vielen Restaurants - 8 Minuten mit der U-Bahn; zum Kossuth-Platz und zum Parlament - 7 Minuten mit dem Trolleybus Nummer 70, der direkt vor der Wohnung hält.
