Very large 200 sq meter light and airy flat with lots of tall windows grace this recently renovated charming apartment.

Three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dedicated office. The apartment has beautiful hardwood floors, Persian rugs, and Portuguese tiles throughout.

Wonderful place for a family or a retreat for writers. I have written so many screenplays, friends have finished long gestating novels here.

It's an authentic neighborhood in Lisbon called Penha de Franca. Supermarket in downstairs of building, pharmacy, butcher and fruit shop all adjascent. Closest metros are Arrois and Alameda. 10 min taxi to airport, buses stop directly in front of building.

Short walk to Saldanha, Graca, and Anjos.

Wonderful local restaurants are abound. A true Lisbon experience.

Drei große Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und ein eigenes Büro. Die Wohnung verfügt über schöne Hartholzböden, persische Teppiche und portugiesische Fliesen im gesamten.

Ein wunderbarer Ort für eine Familie oder einen Rückzugsort für Schriftsteller. Ich habe so viele Drehbücher geschrieben, Freunde haben hier lange reifende Romane beendet.

Es ist ein authentisches Viertel in Lissabon namens Penha de Franca. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes, eine Apotheke, ein Metzger und ein Obstladen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die nächstgelegenen U-Bahnen sind Arrois und Alameda. 10 Minuten Taxi zum Flughafen, Busse halten direkt vor dem Gebäude.

Kurzer Spaziergang nach Saldanha, Graca und Anjos.

Wunderbare lokale Restaurants gibt es im Überfluss. Ein wahres Lissabon-Erlebnis.

I had such a great experience renting this flat! It’s incredibly spacious and filled with natural light, which made it a joy to live in. The balcony was one of my favorite spots – perfect for soaking up the sun and unwinding after a busy day. As someone who works remotely, I also really appreciated the dedicated workspace. It’s ideal for digital nomads!

What really made this stay exceptional, though, was Maryam. She was the most supportive and thoughtful host I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond to help us settle in and even lent us her car, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. She truly made our move to Lisbon so much easier, and I’m so grateful for her help and generosity.

If you’re looking for a sunny, spacious flat with an amazing host, this is the one. I couldn’t recommend it more!

I am out of town for the next year and will be renting out my lovely flat.
