Nabízím soukromý pokoj 25 m² s vlastní koupelnou, malým kuchyňským koutkem, sdílenou kuchyňkou (další 2 pokoje), pračkou, sušičkou a parkovacím stíním. Pokoj se nachází v rodinném domě v Klánovicích v zahradě navazující na klánovický les. Pokoj je velmi klidný a tichý, výhled do zeleně, přilehlý les je vhodný k procházkám, běhu či cyklistice. Skvělé spojení vlakem do centra Prahy - 20 minut na Masarykovo nádraží. U ubytování je zastávka autobusu. Vlakové nádraží je vzdálené 3 stanice autobusem nebo 1,5 km. V docházkové vzdálenosti lékárna, pošta, zubař, pizzerie, restaurace, kavárna, cukrárna, kino, vietnamská restaurace, malé potraviny, škola, školka... Pokoj se nachází ve druhém patře rodinného domu, kde se nachází další dva pokoje s nájemníky, většinou se jedná o studenty na Erasmu a jednotlivce, kteří preferují klidné prostředí v přírodě s rychlým spojením do centra. V pokoji je smart TV, gauč, postek, komoda, skříň, stůl, židle, noční stolek.
Ich biete ein privates Zimmer mit 25 m² mit eigenem Badezimmer, einer kleinen Kochnische, einer Gemeinschaftsküche (mit 2 weiteren Zimmern), Waschmaschine, Trockner und einem überdachten Parkplatz an. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus in Klánovice, in einem Garten, der direkt an den Wald von Klánovice angrenzt. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig und still, mit Blick ins Grüne. Der angrenzende Wald eignet sich zum Spazierengehen, Laufen oder Radfahren. Hervorragende Zugverbindung ins Zentrum von Prag - 20 Minuten zum Bahnhof Masarykovo nádraží. Direkt an der Unterkunft gibt es eine Bushaltestelle. Der Bahnhof ist 3 Haltestellen mit dem Bus oder 1,5 km entfernt. In Gehweite befinden sich eine Apotheke, eine Post, ein Zahnarzt, eine Pizzeria, Restaurants, ein Café, eine Konditorei, ein Kino, ein vietnamesisches Restaurant, ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen, eine Schule, ein Kindergarten... Das Zimmer befindet sich im zweiten Stock des Einfamilienhauses, wo es noch zwei weitere Zimmer mit Mietern gibt, meist Erasmus-Studenten und Einzelpersonen, die eine ruhige Umgebung in der Natur mit schneller Verbindung ins Zentrum bevorzugen. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Smart-TV, ein Sofa, ein Bett, eine Kommode, einen Schrank, einen Tisch, einen Stuhl und einen Nachttisch.
