We offer a nice room of 17 m2 in a 3 + 1 apartment near the river with great transport acces. Metro Anděl and many tram connections.

Features double bed, sofa/bed, large desk, wardrobe, and TV. Large east-facing window, and plenty of room for work or rest. This room connects directly to the hallway, and is adjacent to the bathroom.

Full kitchen includes stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher.

Bathroom includes shower, washer/dryer, drying rack.

NOTE: This room is connected to a rear bedroom by a shared doorway. Shared doorway can be closed for privacy - not locked. Rooms may also be rented together as a full two-room suite.

Mé jméno je Bláža, s rodinou žiji v menším domku kousek od metra Skalka. Je to krásné místo kde jsme v příjemném kompromisu přírody a městského života. Domek jsme zrovna dostavěli a tak si užíváme času jeho zkrášlováním a dokončováním. Už se ale moc těším až se trochu oteplí a já budu moct vyrazit na na sluníčko kde s velkou láskou pečuji o zahradu. Máme tři děti - Miriam, Aniku a novorozeného Alexandra.

Overall it has been good.

Neighborhood
I would say that the neighbourhood its ideal, especially due to the location (outside the Old Town and Mala Strana but bordering both), offers several services, have wonderful bakeries and also several pubs, supermarkets and a gym. It is super near to the river, to Mala Strana and New Town as well as the Old Town and also to several parks like Petryn. I honestly believe it is one of the best neighbourhoods if you wanna live in a functional but also relatively calm and cute place under with an affordable price.

a lot of parks, a lot of restaurants, really nice river close to it and pubs with cheap beer all over the place
