A private furnished room of about 20m2, with comfy double bed (extandable sofa with matrace and grill), major cloth cabinet, table, chair and two cupboards. There is a big window and french door with direct entry to the green garden. Rent includes also shared premises - access to the kitchen corner, bathroom and toilet. Kitchen is fully equiped and there is a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, stove, oven and washing machine.
The flat is cozy and modern, relatively new built in a very quiet, residential area with good access to the centre. The Metro Kobylisy Station is easily accessible by bus or on foot. There is a lovely view of Prague nearby and you can easily walk to the botanical garden, the famous zoo, Troja Chateau or just take a walk along the river Vltava.
The second bedroom in the flat is being used by me.

Ein privates möbliertes Zimmer von ca. 20m2, mit bequemem Doppelbett (ausziehbares Sofa mit Matraze und Grill), großem Stoffschrank, Tisch, Stuhl und zwei Schränken. Es gibt ein großes Fenster und eine Flügeltür mit direktem Zugang zum grünen Garten. Die Miete beinhaltet auch gemeinsame Räumlichkeiten - Zugang zur Küchenecke, Bad und Toilette. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Spülmaschine, einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Herd, einen Backofen und eine Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und modern, relativ neu gebaut in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend mit guter Anbindung an das Zentrum. Die Metrostation Kobylisy ist mit dem Bus oder zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. In der Nähe hat man einen schönen Blick auf Prag und man kann leicht zum botanischen Garten, zum berühmten Zoo, zum Schloss Troja oder einfach an der Moldau entlang spazieren gehen.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer in der Wohnung wird von mir genutzt.
