Krásny svetlý, čistý byt v skvelej lokalite, ktorý mal všetko čo som potrebovala. :) Pani majiteľka je veľmi príjemná, ústretová osoba, s ktorou nebol problém dohodnúť sa, komunikovať nech sa jednalo o čokoľvek, čo celkovo môj pobyt v Prahe spríjemnilo. Ďakujem veľmi pekne. :)

Vinohrady sú peknou, čistou lokalitou a veľké plus boli parky vedľa bytu.

Incredibly comfortable and well-equipped place, right in front of the Riegrovy Sády park, just three blocks away from the tram stop to IP Pavlova. I'm really happy with my stay.

The apartment is absolutely wonderful and perfect for students. Lucie have been a wonderful landlord, and have been up most helpful and understanding for any questions or troubles I may have had. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend!

I'm absolutely satisfied with the stay at Lucie's apartment! Very clean, comfy and quite flat located in a very beautiful area Vínohrady right near Riegrovy sady. The flat is equipped by everything you need. Yes, it is not so big but the space is enough for one person (and, I think, even for couple).
The owner is very polite and responsive.
I definitely recommend! 👍

Lucie has been an absolutely amazing landlord from day 1. I needed help with documents for my visa and she was swift and efficient. She was always quick to respond to messages about any issues I may have had (literally within a few minutes) and has been so friendly! She made my stay in Prague all the more comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone and am sad I cannot give her a higher rating. You will not regret renting from her. The apartment is also beautiful and in one of the best locations in Prague!

It is a beautiful, sophisticated and safe neighbourhood that is very family friendly.

That was a really long and nice stay. I can recommend Lucie as a wonderful landlady. She was always in touch, helped a lot with documents for accommodation and managed to resolve a the occuring problems very fast. That was a great one year stay and I definitely can recommend this accommodation for everyone

I had a pleasant stay at Lucie's place, the apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, no noisy neighbors. The location is also very convenient, you have all the amenities close by, Andel is just a couple minutes of walk, and you can also cross the river to Náplavka/Palackého námestí in 10 minutes. Overall I'd highly recommend this place!

During my living there I did not have any troubles with the owner. She was very supportive and understanding.

Neighborhood
There are lots of restaurants, bars, cafes. The mall is close as well, so I had an easy access to the supermarket and gym. It is the centre of Novy Smichov, but Jindřicha Plachty street was not loud and overcrowded which was a very positive thing for me.

Lovely stay at Lucie's flat. It's perfect for 1-2 people. Nice building, in a very good neighborhood. Great new coffee cafe on corner, and just across from a wonderful public park. Lucie is a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we'd need for a super experience.
