The house was not as advertised, no het, offerring of only blankets when there was an operable heatings system as promised in your Flatio documentation and on your website. Communication between you and your landlord was non existant and you left your tenant without recourse but to leave early. Then you keplt the tenants payments.

desolate, the sidewalks with no railings were treacherous, very sloppery when wet.
Recommended places nearby
I would not recommend this place to anyone during the cold rainy season with no heat, no hot tub advertised and little shops or restaraunts, which were often closed
