Hi I am Jess, from Berlin Germany.

A few months each year, I live in this beautiful apartment that I call "home" now, and rent it out when not here myself. The landlord has expressed his agreement to sublet it, and I registered a valid Short Term Rental License at MoT Cyprus: AEMAK - LAR.

We look for professionals, digital nomads, or entrepreneurs & international employees who come to Lanarca, Cyprus, and need a temporary new home (1-10 month stay).

We love this Apartment at the Stephan Residence 104 and took care of everything for you, so you can simply come here and start living & working immediately. Fast internet, fully furnished kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies with privacy and space, and everything you might need.
