Erika is a very nice, and helpful person. She picked me up and dropped me off at the bus station, and that goes to show how accommodating and communicative she is. The apartment itself is absolutely amazing, and a pleasure to stay in. It has absolutely everything, is even better in pictures and the wifi is incredibly fast, which was such a pleasant surprise. Also, the pool is 10 steps away, the kitchen is well equipped, the temperature is manually controlled (which was a dream), and Erika even has a beach chair for you for the summer months. Overall, this was the best flatio experience ever, and I hope to go back very soon. One thing to keep in mind, at least during the summer months, is that kids and adults can be loud throughout the day, and since the apartment is on the ground floor, it can be a little disruptive especially if you are working from home. You just need to be patient, and insist on telling them to keep it quiet.
If you are traveling by bus, make sure to select the Gandia station, not the Alicante station, and if you feel lost, send a message to Erika. She was able to help me figure everything out. Overall, incredible!

Neighborhood
It's a very safe community. The apartment complex itself has doors that only people with keys can get through.
