Excellent apartment, perfectly furnished and supplied but unfortunately construction next door interrupted my work project. The owner was very responsive, agreed to a shortened lease term and was an excellent host.
Neighborhood
Centrally located in historic neighborhood adjacent to the Duke's Gardens, FANTASTIC view of Angra and the sea. The street is quite busy so traffic noise can be bothersome and it is a steep climb from town center.

Walking distance to city center for public transport is about 8 minutes and to Guarita Super Market but little else nearby,
