This house is best for a short beach holiday, not for remote working. You will be 9 minutes walking from a nice beach, you can also get some rays on the deck.
However, you can hear clearly everything the neighbour's do and say which quicky becomes very unrestful and a privacy nightmare. Forget it if you are a light sleeper. Also, the room does not have a window, it is a door that leads to a tool shed that has a door to the exterior.
The owner is an inexperienced host which can lead to odd situations such as, the house not being properly cleanned when I checked-in, trying that I sign a document upon arrival about the state of the house that clearly did not correspond to the actual state of the house as well as trying to mainly communicate outside of the Flatio communication channels and becoming frustrated because I did not pickup the phone..
As my situation was remote working, overrall it was not a pleasant stay for me.

Doing scuba diving and horse riding are activities I would recomend doing.
