Villa Carmen underwent renovations in early 2023, and the suite-like rooms have been available for rent since September 1st, 2023. I, Enrique, work at the University of the Basque Country, while my wife, Yolanda, is employed in the private sector. We both reside on the ground floor of the house and are happy to assist you during your stay at Villa Carmen. The entrance to the upper part of the villa, where the mid-term rental rooms are located, is completely independent, ensuring your privacy.

At Villa Carmen, you can expect a peaceful environment, conveniently close to San Sebastian's city center and the beach. The property has over 1000 sqm with beautiful views of the sea and the city, especially from the top floor where the room Tximistarri is located and available for rent. The villa also offers a 100 sqm south-facing patio and a 20 sqm terrace with city and sea views to be enjoyed by the tenants. The laundry room is located inside the property but outside the villa. Common areas will be cleaned daily whereas the private rooms should be cleaned by the tenants. We strive to maintain a serene atmosphere, ideal for individuals on mid to long-term work or study stays, and we kindly request our tenants to understand and respect this ambiance.
