Eu ainda estou um pouco em choque como que um cliente é expulso da minha casa por violação de contrato tem o direito de fazer uma review ?? Só para queimar o nome do senhorio não tem o porque de o fazer ou então tem que dar a oportunidade de o senhorio poder responder ás avaliações

No clear help in difficult circumstances - response is quiet incompetence, if clear questions cause "by mutual agreement, signed contract and repayments of all ready payed money get in legal validity of exists!

Reduce or eliminate the commission charged to the landlord. We are providing you with the product, therefore without us you wouldnt have a business. Charge the commission only to the tenant

I was not happy with the extra charge for using our Visa card to pay for our rent. We paid fees for using Flatio and they also charged the landlord commission.

Dealing with the tenant Mike was very difficult and I was given wrong and conflicting information from Flatio about who ended the tenancy etc which caused even more issues with the guest. we subsequently got a terrible review but Flatio did nothing to resolve or address this and took no accountability for their part in giving us this misinformation and how it impacted our review. The situation could have been resolved with the guest had we been given the correct information from Flatio. I would still like somebody from Flatio to actually phone me (which appears to be very difficult for them to do) to see if anything can be done.
