Die Villa liegt in Areias de S.João, 1,5 km von Albufeiras „Altstadt“ und 5 Gehminuten vom Oura-Strip mit seinen Restaurants, Bars und Diskotheken entfernt, weit genug, um nicht durch laute Musik und Lärm gestört zu werden.

Die Villa hat drei Zimmer, zwei mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten.

Alle Zimmer sind mit umschaltbaren Klimaanlagen ausgestattet.

Ein komplettes Badezimmer und ein separater Raum mit Toilette und Waschbecken.

Ein offener Raum zum Kochen, Essen und zum Verweilen.

Eine Veranda, wo Sie auch essen, arbeiten oder einfach nur entspannen können.

Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Toaster, Expresso-Maschine, Stabmixer, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Glaskeramik-Kochfeld, Herd, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine.

Der Wohnbereich ist mit einer umschaltbaren Klimaanlage ausgestattet und es gibt einen Kamin, den Sie genießen können.

Draußen gibt es einen Grill neben der Veranda, damit Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten im Freien zubereiten können. Es gibt auch eine erfrischende Außendusche für die heißen Tage.

Privatparkplatz für bis zu 3 Autos.

Ein Gärtner kommt einmal pro Woche, um den Garten zu pflegen.
