Enjoy a cozy and charming village house, recently renovated, perfect for those seeking to unwind in a peaceful and authentic setting. This lovely home combines rustic style with all modern comforts. With its traditional structure, it features wooden beam ceilings and stone details that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The three-story house has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a kitchen-dining area, and two full bathrooms. At the entrance, you’ll find a spacious work area with a large table. Outside, there’s a garden with a terrace, perfect for enjoying pleasant breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. There’s also a private terrace accessible from the master bedroom where you can relax in the open air. The house is located close to the village center and near all local amenities.

Artá is a beautiful town in the north of Mallorca, close to stunning turquoise-water beaches like Cala Mesquida, Cala Agulla, and Canyamel. There are also long sandy beaches, perfect for watersports such as surfing, kitesurfing, sailing, and paddleboarding. If you’re a fan of the mountains, Artá is near the Llevant Natural Park, where you can enjoy breathtaking hikes.

You’ll also have access to an inflatable paddleboard, an extensive collection of classic films on DVD, books in several languages, board games, and children’s games.

Somos una pareja de arquitectos que reformamos la casa de Sorteta 12 cuando nos mudamos a Mallorca hace unos 10 años desde Madrid. Hemos vivido en esta hasta hace poco y ahora vivimos a unos 200 metros y os podremos ayudar en todo lo que necesitéis. Queremos ser unos buenos anfitriones para que conozcáis y disfrutéis de verdad Artá y Mallorca. Nos encanta el concepto del DIGITAL NOMAD y nos encantaría que nos contaseis más sobre vosotros y vuestra experiencia para poder ampliar nuestros conocimientos y quien sabe si poder probarlo nosotros también, ya que nos apasiona viajar por el mundo y conocer nuevos lugares, nuevas culturas y sobre todo nuevas personas. We’re a couple of architects who renovated the house at Sorteta 12 when we moved to Mallorca around 10 years ago from Madrid. We lived there up until recently, and now we’re just 200 meters away, so we can help you with anything you might need. We want to be great hosts so you can really get to know and enjoy Artá and Mallorca. We love the whole DIGITAL NOMAD concept, and we’d love to hear more about you and your experience so we can learn more and maybe give it a try ourselves! We’re passionate about traveling, discovering new places, exploring different cultures, and, most of all, meeting new people.
