WO? Ein schön eingerichtetes Haus für Ihren perfekten Aufenthalt in Zagreb befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße im westlichen Teil der Stadt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bushaltestelle) sind gleich um die Ecke, der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
SCHLAFEN: Das Haus hat zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, was es ideal für ein Paar mit Kindern macht. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett mit den Maßen 180 x 200 cm. Es gibt auch ein Reisebett (0-36 Monate) in diesem Zimmer. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein ausziehbares Tagesbett mit den Maßen 160 x 200 cm - ideal für Kinder, kann aber auch von Erwachsenen genutzt werden. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Schlafsofa, das bei Bedarf als Zusatzbett genutzt werden kann.
ESSEN: Eine voll funktionsfähige Küche mit allem Geschirr und Geräten einschließlich Geschirrspüler ist Teil des Wohnzimmers (offener Raum). Es gibt auch einen guten Esstisch für bis zu 5 Personen. Alternativ gibt es ein paar Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft (auch per Lieferung).
ARBEITEN: Es gibt ein Glasfaser-Internet mit Download-Geschwindigkeit bis zu 300 Mbit/s und Upload-Geschwindigkeit bis zu 150 Mbit/s. Ein Schreibtisch mit einem verstellbaren Bürostuhl befindet sich im zweiten Schlafzimmer.
SANITÄR: Das geräumige Badezimmer mit Toilette, Waschbecken und Badewanne mit Dusche wurde kürzlich renoviert. Saubere Handtücher, Seife, Shampoo und Duschgel stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung. Eine voll funktionsfähige Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
WOHLFÜHLEN: Zentralheizung mit Heizkörpern und Klimaanlage sorgen das ganze Jahr über für eine angenehme Temperatur.
AUSSENBEREICH: Der gepflegte Rasen lädt zum Genießen des ersten Morgenkaffees ein. Ein kleiner Garten mit Tomaten, Paprika etc. steht Ihnen zur Verfügung (je nach Jahreszeit). Im kleinen Schuppen finden Sie einige grundlegende Gartengeräte und einen elektrischen Rasentrimmer. Vor dem Haus können Sie Ihr Auto kostenlos auf dem öffentlichen Bürgersteig parken.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Nice little place with a south facing terrace. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of spare bed clothes for both beds, and air con/heating for when it gets too hot or cold.
It's in a quiet residential area but close to the bus or train stop so it's easy to get in and around the city!
