Our magnificent mountain house is located in the beautiful village of Lilaia (also know as Kato Agoriani) in Parnassos mountain (approximately 2 hour drive from south suberbs of Athens).

The house is 260 sqm. within a land of 1100sqm. It is decorated in the classic traditional greek mountain style with all the modern comforts. It can accomodate up to 10 people. It has 2 bedrooms (of which one is master with ensuite bathroom), a further bathroom, 2 double beds in an open plan area and 2 single beds in the same open plan area in the ground floor.

On the first floor there is an open plan kitchen, large dining table, WC with shower and 2 living room spaces with a huge fireplace. The garden can fit up to 4 cars in the paking area and there is still plenty of space for the kids to play. There is also exterior dining area and BBQ.

There is also a cleaning lady that lives 2 minutes away that will prepare the house for you before you get there so when you arrive the house is warm and the lights are lit!

This is the perfect home for a large group of friends and families with kids (they love to stay together in the open plan sleeping area on the ground floor) We provide various board games for all ages, playing cards and backgammon.

Price can depend on amount of people staying and amount of days the house is rented for. we also can arange a price per month or for the whole season

To get to Lilaia you need to drive the national road until the 110th klm turn at Kastro and follow the signs towards Amfikleia and Polydroso. Lilaia is 4 klm from Polydroso a total of about 90 klm from the national road. It usually takes about 2-2,5 hours drive from anywhere in Athens.

The village also has a nearby train station which is less than a 2 hour journey from the main train station in Athens.

Unser wunderschönes Berghaus befindet sich in dem schönen Dorf Lilaia (auch Kato Agoriani genannt) im Parnassos-Gebirge (ca. 2 Autostunden von den südlichen Vororten von Athen entfernt).

Das Haus ist 260 Quadratmeter groß und hat ein Grundstück von 1100 Quadratmetern. Es ist im klassischen traditionellen griechischen Bergstil mit allem modernen Komfort eingerichtet. Es kann bis zu 10 Personen beherbergen. Es hat 2 Schlafzimmer (eines davon ist das Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad), ein weiteres Bad, 2 Doppelbetten in einem offenen Bereich und 2 Einzelbetten im gleichen offenen Bereich im Erdgeschoss.

Im ersten Stock gibt es eine offene Küche, einen großen Esstisch, ein WC mit Dusche und 2 Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Kamin. Der Garten bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Autos auf dem Parkplatz und es gibt immer noch viel Platz für die Kinder zum Spielen. Es gibt auch einen Essbereich im Freien und einen BBQ.

Es gibt auch eine Putzfrau, die 2 Minuten entfernt wohnt, die das Haus für Sie vorbereiten wird, bevor Sie dort ankommen, so dass, wenn Sie ankommen, das Haus ist warm und die Lichter sind beleuchtet!

Dies ist das perfekte Haus für eine große Gruppe von Freunden und Familien mit Kindern (sie lieben es, zusammen in der offenen Schlafbereich im Erdgeschoss zu bleiben) Wir bieten verschiedene Brettspiele für alle Altersgruppen, Spielkarten und Backgammon.

Der Preis hängt von der Anzahl der Personen und der Anzahl der Tage ab, für die das Haus gemietet wird. Wir können auch einen Preis pro Monat oder für die ganze Saison vereinbaren

Um nach Lilaia zu gelangen, müssen Sie die Nationalstraße bis zur 110. km langen Abzweigung bei Kastro fahren und den Schildern nach Amfikleia und Polydroso folgen. Lilaia ist 4 km von Polydroso entfernt, insgesamt etwa 90 km von der Nationalstraße. Normalerweise dauert die Fahrt von Athen aus etwa 2-2,5 Stunden.

Das Dorf hat auch einen nahe gelegenen Bahnhof, der weniger als 2 Stunden vom Hauptbahnhof in Athen entfernt ist.
