Two bedroom apartment in the peaceful village of Mesochori with unobstructed views over the Gulf of Lakonia, Kithira Island and Elafonisos. The apartment is situated at the edge of the village, within 15 mins driving to the nearby town of Neapoli where you can find all the necessities for your shopping and entertainment. There a many local welcoming beaches with clean water for swimming, a variety of walking trails, and many interesting sites in the vicinity such as a fossil beach and an underground cave with stalactites and stalagmites.

The WiFi is fast (390Mbps) and there is a dedicated working station with a comfortable chair, large surface area and a monitor which you can connect to your laptop. The kitchen is fully equiped with electric stove, oven, fridge and even a dishwasher, and provides all the necessary utensils for cooking and dining at home. There is a large dining table that comfortably sits 6 people, and an adjoined open area living room with a fireplace and comfortable siting. There are double balcony doors leading to your private veranda with beautiful views of the valley, the hills, the Mediterranean and the nearby islands.

The first bedroom features a double bed, storage for clothes and a private balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds, clothing storage and an en suite full bathroom with shower over bathtub. It has also access to a private little yard via the balcony doors. There is a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The apartment is easily accessible and there is plenty of free parking on the street.
