Villa AdriaStar is very unique accommodation because it is third row by the sea it's very quiet around yet it is near everything, Split is 15 minutes away by car by public transport wich is very nice is 20 minutes away, Omiš is 5 minutes away. It is located in small coastal settlement called Mali Rat, very nice place with around 700 people wich are very welcoming...Our neighbours are all very nice people, very understandable and were always there for us when we needed something. It is very safe place, the air quality is very good. Perfect place to come rehabilitate, relax and enjoy sunny days because it is very sunny during the winter.

Villa AdriaStar ist eine sehr einzigartige Unterkunft, weil es in der dritten Reihe am Meer ist, es ist sehr ruhig und doch ist es in der Nähe von allem, Split ist 15 Minuten mit dem Auto mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, die sehr schön ist, ist 20 Minuten entfernt, Omiš ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Es liegt in einer kleinen Küstensiedlung namens Mali Rat, ein sehr netter Ort mit ca. 700 Einwohnern, die sehr gastfreundlich sind... Unsere Nachbarn sind alle sehr nette Leute, sehr verständnisvoll und waren immer für uns da, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Es ist ein sehr sicherer Ort, die Luftqualität ist sehr gut. Der perfekte Ort, um sich zu rehabilitieren, zu entspannen und die sonnigen Tage zu genießen, da es im Winter sehr sonnig ist.

Greetings my friend I am Toni and me and my family have been renting properties for quite a while now, we make sure that properties are clean, in good conditions and you make sure that they get left like that ;) and it will be a fair deal. We always try to fullfil our guests needs if they are cooperative of course and we make sure nobody bothers you unless you do these stated things... Stated things: Smoke in apartment Pile up the trash in or around the house Bring more people than it is cosidered to be normal(every accommodation has it's own limit) Make very loud noises(you can arrange meetings and put on some music just don't be reckless) Try not to make damages...but if shit happens we will be reasonable. That is all from me I hope you will have a nice stay and feel free to ask me anything :)

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
