Dieses Einfamilienhaus erstreckt sich über dreieinhalb Etagen. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich Küche und Esszimmer. Eine halbe Etage höher gelangt man zu einem Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Schlafzimmer ist nach außen ausgerichtet, hell und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage.

Im zweiten Stock befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer: zwei mit Doppelbetten und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Auf derselben Etage befinden sich ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, helle und geräumige Zimmer sowie Klimaanlage und Zentralheizung.
