Villa esclusiva 5 locali 160 m2 su 2 piani. Arredamento confortevole e elegante: soggiorno/sala da pranzo grande con camino e TV (schermo piatto).
Uscita sul giardino. Cucina aperta (forno, lavastoviglie, 4 piastre ad induzione, forno a microonde, macchina da caffè elettrica, forno per le pizze). Doccia/bidet/WC.
Piano superiore: soggiorno con camino e divano.
Uscita sulla terrazza: la terrazza è stata suddivisa per creare il reparto SPA; al coperto è stata installata una vasca idromassaggio a 5 posti con sauna. L'altra parte, adibita ad area relax con arredo da giardino per aperitivi all'aria aperta.
Completano il piano, 2 camere matrimoniali, ogni camera con climatizzazione. 1 camera con 2 letti e climatizzazione. Doccia/bidet/WC, vasca/doccia/bidet/wc. Riscaldamento elettrico a pompa di calore con fotovoltaico.
Riscaldamento utilizzabile dal 15.10. al 15.04, corrente da energia solare. Terrazza . A disposizione: lavatrice, asciugatrice, zanzariere, asciugacapelli. Internet (wifi). 1 animale/cane di piccola taglia consentito.
