I’m renting out my house in Portugal for the summer — July and August.
It’s located about 60 km from Lisbon, in the Lourinhã area, just a 10-minute walk from Praia da Areia Branca.
The location is great for surfing: no rocks, several surf schools nearby, and Peniche (Baleal) is close as well. Summer here is very comfortable — it doesn’t get too hot thanks to the fresh ocean breeze. The area is not densely built up, with only a few neighbors around. Restaurants are within walking distance.
The house is modern, with large windows and lots of natural light. It has 3 full bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a large garage. Outside, there is a swimming pool, a grill, and a fire pit.
I’m also open to stays from two weeks.

Das Haus ist modern, mit großen Fenstern und viel Tageslicht. Es verfügt über 3 voll ausgestattete Schlafzimmer, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, 3 Badezimmer und eine große Garage. Im Außenbereich gibt es einen Swimmingpool, einen Grill und eine Feuerstelle.
Ich bin auch offen für Aufenthalte ab zwei Wochen.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Alles in einem Preis. Die monatliche Miete schließt Dienstleistungen einschl. Internet und Energien ein und wird nicht berechnet, wenn sie 25 % der monatlichen Zahlung nicht überschreitet. Dadurch sparen Sie eine Menge Administrative bei der Wohnungsübergabe.
