About the House
The townhouse is located in the Estepona city center, approximately a 5-to-10-minute walk to the historical center and the main beach. It has been newly renovated while still preserving its Andalusian vibe. It has 3 bedrooms: the “master bedroom,” which features an en-suite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom. The master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms feature a small balcony. All bedrooms are located upstairs. On the ground floor, you will find the living room, kitchen, dining area, a guest toilet, and a utility room with a washing machine. There is a large terrace with plants and a garden, accessible from the dining area, as well as a smaller balcony off the living room. All bedrooms and the living room have window blinds; the ones in the master bedroom and living room are electric, while the other two bedrooms have manual ones.
About the Town
Estepona is known as El Jardín de la Costa del Sol (The Garden of the Costa del Sol). It is one of the most charming towns in Andalusia, featuring an old historical city center filled with traditional white houses and colorful flowerpots, while simultaneously offering a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping options, and beaches. There is public transportation (bus) to the Malaga city center available from the main station (around 2.7 km away), as well as buses to Marbella from the Avenida Juan Carlos roundabout station (located next to Churreria San Isidro, approximately 150 meters from the house).
About the Location
The house is situated in the city center with easy access to the highway. The closest restaurant, called El Paso, is located right on our block, just a 50-meter walk away. There is a public laundry just around the corner, right next to a local coffee shop (about a 150 meters' walk). Lidl is the closest supermarket (approximately 250 meters away), and Mercadona is just a few meters further.
About the House
Das Reihenhaus befindet sich im Zentrum von Estepona, etwa 5 bis 10 Gehminuten vom historischen Zentrum und vom Hauptstrand entfernt. Es wurde neu renoviert und hat dabei seinen andalusischen Charme bewahrt. Es hat 3 Schlafzimmer: das „Hauptschlafzimmer“ mit eigenem Bad und zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, die sich ein Badezimmer teilen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer und eines der anderen Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen kleinen Balkon. Alle Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie das Wohnzimmer, die Küche, den Essbereich, ein Gäste-WC und einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine. Es gibt eine große Terrasse mit Pflanzen und einen Garten, die vom Essbereich aus zugänglich sind, sowie einen kleineren Balkon am Wohnzimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben Jalousien; die im Hauptschlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer sind elektrisch, während die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer manuelle haben.

About the Location
Das Haus liegt im Stadtzentrum mit einfachem Zugang zur Autobahn. Das nächstgelegene Restaurant, El Paso, befindet sich direkt in unserem Block, nur 50 Meter zu Fuß entfernt. Gleich um die Ecke, direkt neben einem lokalen Café, gibt es einen öffentlichen Waschsalon (etwa 150 Meter zu Fuß). Lidl ist der nächstgelegene Supermarkt (etwa 250 Meter entfernt), und Mercadona ist nur wenige Meter weiter.

Hi everyone! My name is Katerina, and together with my partner Martin, we are renting out our townhouse in Estepona. We bought it a few years ago after traveling frequently to Andalusia during the COVID. We stayed in multiple areas but fell deeply in love with Estepona. We have been working on renovating the house since then. We designed everything ourselves, and Martin even handcrafted a lot of the furniture in the house. We usually stay here for a couple months a year, but since we live with our small child in the Czech Republic, so we dont want our second beautiful home to sit empty for the rest of the year. We speak Czech and English, as well as a bit of German and Spanish. Even though we love animals, unfortunately, we cant allow the pets in the house in this moment, so Im sorry to disappoint some of you. How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
